Rodney was raised in Mason Texas and upon graduating High School he entered the U.S. Air Force. After Tech school he was stationed here in San Angelo at Goodfellow AFB. Rodney stayed in the Air Force for four years and then he moved to Austin and worked as a manager for the Lakeway Company (managed bar operations).After working for the Lakeway Company for 3 years he entered the Real Estate world working for M.E. "Gene" Johnson managing over 100 rentals in mostly East Austin.Rodney did this for several years and decided to get his Real Estate license in 1994.He went to work for Newmark Homes in Austin selling new homes from 1995-2000.In 2000 he moved back to San Angelo and worked for one of the big companies for six years.Aftering discovering that he wanted to offer his clients lower commissions he decided to open up his own company's. In 2020 he opened Wave on Wave Real Estate in Galveston.

Rodney is a Broker and has sold well over 150 Million dollars worth of homes over the years.Rodney is married to his business partner Leslee Fleming and has three kids-Matt,Zach and Megan. His home is located in Terramar beach area on Galveston island

Irene's honest, enthusiastic, and caring nature is perfect for matching each client's desires as well as skillfully showcasing a home's unique presence and character. She represents San Angelo residents and future homeowners. Her specialties are Military Relocation, buyers, sellers, and renters.Irene volunteers with several programs at the school district and community, and within the Goodfellow community. She understands the need for connections in the small (but HUGE) family of fellow military families. She has set out to help with the number one worry of military members and their families, housing! Irene is a military spouse and understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in the armed forces and the struggles. Knowing what, when, where, why & how is just the beginning of a PCS…not to mention all of the variables such as spouse is TDY or deployed, children in school, children and adults with special needs, pet needs, vehicles and the list goes on and on. Irene has paired her experiences with her knowledge of San Angelo and as a military spouse to be the voice for families in finding their home away from home. They moved to San Angelo in 1989 to join Roy's father in his Real Estate and Restaurant businesses

They homeschool their 10 children on a ranch east of San Angelo

He is a NRA Basic Pistol Instructor and Texas License to Carry Instructor
