2024 marks Ruth Ann's 22nd year in the real estate profession. She is a seventh-generation Texan and fourth-generation Houstonian and began her real estate career at John Daugherty, Realtors and Greenwood King Properties in Houston. She has strong family ties to the Round Top area and grew up spending time with relatives in Fayette County. Ruth Ann and her husband, Stephen, decided Round Top would be the ideal place to raise their three daughters. With many years of experience in the high-paced Houston real estate market, she brought to Round Top Real Estate strategic negotiating skills, first-rate marketing ideas for property listings, and a drive to assist her clients in finding the perfect property. Ruth Ann attended Duchesne Academy in Houston and remains an active alumnae board member. She received her B.A. in English from The University of the South (Sewanee) in Tennessee, graduating with Distinction. She is currently a member of the Round Top Chamber of Commerce, The Round Top DYD Club, and The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. She is actively involved as a church and school volunteer.

She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Austin Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, South Central Board of Realtors, and Realtors Land Institute. Ruth Ann enjoys gardening, antiquing, and entertaining her out-of-town friends and family in scenic Round Top. When she's not working and wants to get away, Ruth Ann and her husband and daughters enjoy road trips with the goal of visiting all 50 states.

Kyla Goebel grew up in Washington County and spent much of her childhood at her family's farm in Fayette County. She attended Texas A&M University after high school and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. After purchasing her first home at the age of 22, she quickly became interested in the field of real estate and earned her license in 2016. She immediately fell in love with the profession and has been hard at work ever since! Kyla specializes in both residential and farm & ranch and will represent both buyers and sellers. Kyla is married to her husband Reese, and they have one son. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, running and spending time with her family. A perfect day starts with a hot cup of coffee (or three) and a sunrise, and ends with a beer and Bravo marathon on TV. Tootie Lyons has been a Realtor since 1997. With life-long experiences associated with ranching and livestock, she brings a keen understanding of what is required when someone is interested in buying or selling country property.
"I grew up in southern Illinois in our family business of buying and selling Quarter Horses. My background serves me well in my chosen profession of real estate. Dad had a very strong work ethic and placed client needs above all else." Tootie's background includes time spent teaching secondary business education in Arizona. She co-owned a business that bred, raised, sold and exhibited nationally renowned cutting horses. In 2005, in tandem with her real estate career, she successfully developed a retail store in Brenham (Ranch Antiques) which she sold in 2010.
Her compendium of experience lends itself well to a career in real estate, and her success is underpinned by those earlier experiences, and her love of land, people and all things challenging. Emily Kahanek Shaw has lived in the Round Top and La Grange area her entire life. She is a native of Fayette County; her family roots go back generations. After college Emily married her high school sweetheart, Casey and they have 4 children. As a team, Casey and Emily operate CE Cattle Co. and their investment properties. Pam Langford has all of the qualifications, talents and background needed to be the best possible Realtor. Over and above her past experience in accounting for an oil and gas company, Pam has spent the last two decades as the CEO of her household – that is, as a stay-at-home mom raising two now-grown children and developing invaluable skills that are assets for her clients – talents like organization, diplomacy, patience, commitment, negotiation and compromise.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Pam moved to Plano, Texas in 1974 before settling in Houston in 1997. Having purchased and sold many homes, she knows from experience the ups and downs of the home selling/buying experience and believes that knowledge can be helpful to those relocating to Houston. “I would like prospective clients to know that I am on their side and will help guide them to their best decision,” says Pam.

About choosing a career in real estate, she adds, “I spent 21 years attending to the high calling of being a mom and wife, and instilling in my children that they can truly be whatever they desire. They are off to college with confidence and it was time for me to apply that same philosophy to myself, become a Realtor and help others achieve their goals.”

Pam and her husband, Tom, are residents of West University, which she believes is a very special place to live, but also love their weekend home in Round Top, Texas.
