Gary Pollard has called Houston his home since 1984. Prior to transitioning to the real estate industry he achieved a successful 23-year career in the insurance and financial services industry owning offices around the Houston area and other metropolitan areas in Texas. During that time, he became very familiar with the greater Houston markets including Katy, Sugarland, Cypress, Spring/The Woodlands, Kingwood, Pearland, Memorial and inside the Loop.

Gary became interested in real estate through conversations with some of his customers and friends in real estate and began following property prices and watching urban/suburban development in the city.
