Shawna Harward has been a Realtor in Austin, Texas, since 2012, but has been an active real estate investor with her husband for over 15 years. Though Shawna previously worked in the medical field, getting her real estate license was a natural step and she has gained great joy in helping her clients. She understands the process and emotion that goes with buying or selling a house and wants to make the experience an enjoyable one for everyone. Shawna's role is to advocate for her clients and help in whatever way they need. Shawna Harward grew up in Cedar Park and has called the area home for almost 30 years. After earning her Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah, she and her husband decided to return to the area she loved so much to raise their own family. They have been blessed with two amazing children, a son who attends the University of North Texas and a daughter at Round Rock High School. If Shawna is not out working with her clients, you can find her volunteering with the youth group at her church or up at the high school helping with the Color Guard and Band. Go Dragons! Linda Ray is a full time licensed Realtor® who has spent years staging and preparing homes for sale. As a native Texan, Linda has lived in the Austin area since 1986 and knows the area well. Linda serves the entire Austin Central Texas Metroplex, but specializes in Northern Travis and Williamson Counties. Her earned designations and certifications are Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and New Home Construction (NHC).
