  • She has also completed her Sales Apprenticeship Education, now bringing her total real estate education in excess of 278 hours total for the required amount to be in compliance with TREC. Only 13% of Realtors and Agents nationally make it past their first license renewal period. Fay has already far surpassed the requirements Texas keeps for her because she believes her customers deserve to be served at the highest level possible. She took SAE 30 hour Courses each in Investment, Marketing, and Brokerage. These courses have specifically armed her to better serve her customers in both the Residential and Commercial spaces as well as to optimize her business skills.
