Early in my career I was an Insurance Agent with a strong focus on property and casualty as well as an insurance Risk Inspector. Further in my career I was a Mortgage Loan Officer with my own independent office in Humble Texas for over 10 years. I currently own a full-service remodeling company and have extensive experience working with investment properties for my clients as well as my own. I served as a board member on the Women's Counsel of Realtors for 3 Years as well a proud volunteer and Donor for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Bill is a 4th generation Texan who was born and raised in South Texas and attended Texas A&I University with studies in Business Management.  Before becoming a Realtor, Bill created, owned and operated a successful company, Training Wheels, that provided dealership and automotive manufacturer consulting in operations, sales and processes.  His business took him all over the world with projects in South Africa, Europe, Australia and Asia.  Bill decided to get off the road and spend more time at home in Texas.  He is married to Tiffany Cannon who is a Marketing Director with Gulf States Toyota.  Together they live in Richmond with their five ‘surrogate’ children, four PBGV's and one GBGV, which are a rare breeds of scent hounds.   Bill is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, hunting and fishing.  He is a certified P.A.D.I. Dive Master and Master Scuba Diver and loves to travel throughout the Caribbean and South Seas.  He has also been a Road Captain with local Harley Owner’s Groups.
