Jill Rives started working in real estate in 1996 as an assistant to a Realtor. She continued this role through college until she decided to get her salesperson license. She spent 4 years as a Realtor before becoming a Broker. It was at this time that Rives Real Estate Group was formed (2008). Rives Real Estate Group is a small family owned brokerage in Richmond, Texas specializing in the Richmond/Fulshear/Katy areas. We help our clients buy and sell single family homes as well as investment properties. Our main goal at Rives Real Estate Group is to make each client feel like family by demonstrating our market knowledge and providing excellent customer service.

I love meeting new people and families who then become life time friends. I've been helping people buy and sell residential and commercial real estate since 1981, earning a Broker license and a State Certified General Appraiser license along the way. As a full-time agent, I am committed to a personal approach for each of my clients. I earn my referrals and repeat business through the values and hard work that I witnessed in my parents' business, a Fort Bend County institution for almost 50 years! Originally from Scotland, my family and I made the life-changing decision to move to Richmond in 1998.
