With 18 years of prior experience working in various roles with Kay Jewelers and as a relationship manager with Bank of America, I have recognized strengths in customer service, client care, problem-solving, and an open mindset. Working with the United States Army from right after high school helped me develop unmatched determination, patience, and resilience, always going above and beyond to get things done no matter what. My inherent work ethic that my parents modeled for me growing up has instilled in me the value of working hard for each and every client as a 6-year veteran realtor. I offer my clients the best representation, negotiating for the best terms on their behalf. With a calm demeanor and thoughtful personality, I provide peace of mind to my clients during a critical period of buying, selling, or transitioning their property. When I am not championing my clients' interests, I enjoy boxing for exercise and weightlifting, date nights with my wife of 17 years, family fun with my two boys and three girls, attending church, and reading biographies. I am determined to succeed and value the motivation and support from my friend, Rolf Felts, a commercial agent and former coworker. I have been a Ft Bend County resident with my family since 1990. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and got licensed as a real estate broker in 1985. I work very hard for my clients, whether for a $60,000 transaction or $1,000,000. My strengths are that I attend to details in every transaction and give 200%. I specialize in southwest Ft. Bend County.

Shanon Brown was born and raised in Brazoria County and moved to Fort Bend in 2016. Over the years, she has built many relationships and has come to know the areas well. Shanon has a passion for helping people. In 2004, she helped create JTC Foundation. JTC is a 501 (c)(3) charity that has been helping kids for 15 years who have lost a parent (or caregiver). Shanon is a graduate of U of H Clear Lake where she received her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Shanon is bringing her experience as an educator to the real estate industry. Previously, she taught in both Brazoria and Fort Bend Counties. As a teacher, Shanon learned many of the skills needed to be a successful real estate agent. She is detail-oriented, influential, and has excellent interpersonal skills. Shanon also learned to be an advocate for her students.
