Mr. Purdy has focused on residential appraisals in Texas since 2003, specializing in Fort Bend and Harris counties as well as proposed construction, condominiums, and undeveloped land. Mr. Purdy receives continuing education appraisal courses at the Columbia Institute, McKissock and Champion School of Real Estate.

Jill Rives started working in real estate in 1996 as an assistant to a Realtor. She continued this role through college until she decided to get her salesperson license. She spent 4 years as a Realtor before becoming a Broker. It was at this time that Rives Real Estate Group was formed (2008).
