He later moved to Houston, and in 1995, founded Synergy Power Inc., which would become one of the leading petroleum brokerage firms in the Gulf Coast. With a large base of clients, Scott took those relationships and expanded into real estate. Experience matters! Tonya has over 20 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, investors and rental clients across Texas as their go to Realtor for their residential and commercial needs. In addition to the traditional education required for licensing, Tonya also has a background in Residential Mortgage Origination and New Home Sales. Tonya earned her MBA from the University of Houston - Downtown in August 2016 and a Masters Studies in Law from the Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2021.

Tonya's passions include continuous learning, traveling, cooking (food & wine), gardening / landscapes, child advocacy, programs for seniors, and taking steps for a healthier life. Tonya has earned the prestigious GRI designation and is also working toward several others in both residential and commercial real estate. Tonya is currently builing a real estate team to broaden her capacity for assisting the masses.
