Steven J. Bilicek is the owner of Texas Ag Realty and has been in the real estate business providing real estate consulting and brokerage services for over 30 years. He is an Accredited Land Consultant with the ALC designation. Steve was raised on a Texas farm and ranch which gives him a real world understanding of the Texas rural real estate market. Jessica was born in Ecuador, and after graduating high school she moved to Florida in search of better opportunities. In 2003 she began her career in the multifamily industry. Jessica earned a diploma in Management and Leadership in 2018 helping to further her skills as a property manager. She has not only managed many multifamily communities, but also helped employees to advance their careers. After almost 17 years in the apartment industry, having had the opportunity to be a part of people finding a new home and starting a new chapter in their lives, she decided to pursue her passion for real estate. This passion combined with the ability to communicate with clients, organization, customer service orientation, marketing skills, professional development, possessing an investor's mentality, and years of experience has been essential to her real estate career. She has built a solid foundation from her multifamily experience that she uses daily in real estate transactions educating clients. Jessica's clients often described her as detail oriented, proactive, kind, and fun to be around.
