Bill is a 4th generation Texan who was born and raised in South Texas and attended Texas A&I University with studies in Business Management. Before becoming a Realtor, Bill created, owned and operated a successful company, Training Wheels, that provided dealership and automotive manufacturer consulting in operations, sales and processes. His business took him all over the world with projects in South Africa, Europe, Australia and Asia. Bill decided to get off the road and spend more time at home in Texas. He is married to Tiffany Cannon who is a Marketing Director with Gulf States Toyota. Together they live in Richmond with their five ‘surrogate’ children, four PBGV's and one GBGV, which are a rare breeds of scent hounds. Bill is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, hunting and fishing. He is a certified P.A.D.I. Dive Master and Master Scuba Diver and loves to travel throughout the Caribbean and South Seas. He has also been a Road Captain with local Harley Owner’s Groups.
A Fort Bend County native of 68 years, I have extensive knowledge of both farm and rural properties as well as the surrounding master planned communities and local commercial properties. My twenty-seven year career has been marked with excellent customer service and conducting business with the utmost level of integrity and professionalism. I am an experienced Real Estate Agent specialized in residential properties in Houston and surrounding areas. Karina P. Magalong is a Texas Licensed Realtor with KW Southwest. She started her career as the Operations Manager for The Kastens Group. She values helping clients and advocating on their behalf. She moved to Houston in 2016 after leaving a 16 year career as a Journalist in New York City. Attention to detail, time management, high organization are three skills she transferred to the real estate industry. She especially loves using social media platforms to educate buyers and sellers about various Real Estate topics.
