Before beginning my career in real estate, I gained valuable experience in the healthcare and beauty industries, working as an ultrasound technologist and manicurist, respectively. These experiences taught me the importance of communication, attention to detail, problem solving and client satisfaction, which I bring to every real estate transaction.

As a bilingual speaker of Vietnamese and English, I am able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, working out, and singing karaoke. I am also passionate about supporting the heroes who serve our country.

With over 20 years of sales experience, Liz excels at understanding a client’s true needs, even when they are a bit unsure themselves. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Liz grew up watching her parents work hard to bring their American Dream to life. That strong work ethic has served as the foundation for Liz’s passion and dedication to her clients. After moving to Texas in 1996, Liz watched her parents rehab their first investment property. She was hooked. Without knowing it, it was the beginning of her real estate career. While not working hard for her real estate clients, you’ll find Liz with her family. She says, “My kiddos definitely keep me busy! I don’t sleep as much as I used to, but sleep is overrated, right? Their smiles keep my heart beating!” Liz and her husband also find time to volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. As a volunteer team, Liz and Adam love brightening the days of the children they help. “Volunteering is not only rewarding, but it’s a reminder of just how blessed we truly are."

Chantell Hypolite is the Broker/Owner of NextHome Realty Executives. Chantell serves residential buyers and sellers across Houston. Her areas of expertise also extend to the suburbs, serving clients in Richmond, Missouri City, Fresno, Katy, and Spring. Chantell began her career as a City Planner in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, after obtaining her Master's Degree in Urban Development and Environmental Policy with a Specialization in Housing & Community Development from Texas Southern University. Chantell has also been a City Planner in League City, Texas. Her days were filled with writing ordinances, considering zoning regulations, and mulling over the best way to use City land resources. Chantell always had a passion for Real Estate, and her evolution to Real Estate began when she started performing Site Acquisition work for cell towers. Within a few months on the job she obtained her Real Estate license and began following her true passion Real Estate. Eventually, Chantell's drive for constant improvement and innovation sparked her interest in opening her own brokerage. Today, Chantell is blending her real estate expertise with NextHome's suite of top-level tools to bring quality service to Houston homebuyers. Jill Rives started working in real estate in 1996 as an assistant to a Realtor. She continued this role through college until she decided to get her salesperson license. She spent 4 years as a Realtor before becoming a Broker. It was at this time that Rives Real Estate Group was formed (2008). Rives Real Estate Group is a small family owned brokerage in Richmond, Texas specializing in the Richmond/Fulshear/Katy areas.
