Katie has always had a passion for Real Estate, but was never able to pursue the career because of the demands of being a mom to two young children and teaching at a local high school. I am a Texas native, who's lived in the Houston area the last 10 years! I have four adorable children that keep me moving and a wonderful husband! I've always had a passion for helping others. My first journey with helping others consisted of being a Special Education Teacher for 6 years. After taking a few years to focus on raising my family, I decided to make the exciting switch to real estate to continue to help others.

Jessica was born in Ecuador, and after graduating high school she moved to Florida in search of better opportunities. In 2003 she began her career in the multifamily industry. Jessica earned a diploma in Management and Leadership in 2018 helping to further her skills as a property manager. She has not only managed many multifamily communities, but also helped employees to advance their careers. After almost 17 years in the apartment industry, having had the opportunity to be a part of people finding a new home and starting a new chapter in their lives, she decided to pursue her passion for real estate. This passion combined with the ability to communicate with clients, organization, customer service orientation, marketing skills, professional development, possessing an investor's mentality, and years of experience has been essential to her real estate career. She has built a solid foundation from her multifamily experience that she uses daily in real estate transactions educating clients. Jessica's clients often described her as detail oriented, proactive, kind, and fun to be around. Her goal is to continue helping people find a new home for themselves and their family as she understands this is an important step in anyone's life.
