Hi, I'm Cassidy, but you might know me as the food truck Realtor! I love food, and the fellowship that it brings, so I decided that the BEST way to give back to the community, is by coordinating food truck appearances EVERYWHERE I GO! My husband, Henry, and I, have a daughter, Erin, and three crazy dogs. We love spending time at the beach, and frequently take trips to Matagorda Bay, and Galveston Island, for fun. I am a Houston native, originally from the Southwest, Alief, area. In 2015, I purchased my first new-build home in Rosenberg!

Prior to working in real estate, I had an extensive career in corporate real property management in the oil and gas industry, as a Landman/Land Analyst; dealing with mineral title, and leasing. This has provided me an incredibly strong foundation for my career in Real Estate. I also have a certification in basic and advanced family/divorce mediation, which has afforded me the ability to handle difficult situations with grace.

Chantell Hypolite is the Broker/Owner of NextHome Realty Executives. Chantell serves residential buyers and sellers across Houston. Her areas of expertise also extend to the suburbs, serving clients in Richmond, Missouri City, Fresno, Katy, and Spring. Chantell began her career as a City Planner in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, after obtaining her Master's Degree in Urban Development and Environmental Policy with a Specialization in Housing & Community Development from Texas Southern University. Chantell has also been a City Planner in League City, Texas. Her days were filled with writing ordinances, considering zoning regulations, and mulling over the best way to use City land resources. Chantell always had a passion for Real Estate, and her evolution to Real Estate began when she started performing Site Acquisition work for cell towers. Within a few months on the job she obtained her Real Estate license and began following her true passion Real Estate. Eventually, Chantell's drive for constant improvement and innovation sparked her interest in opening her own brokerage.
