I\'m an agent with HAR memebership and I\'m being asked by a client to show a house in Bryan Texas as well as Austin TX. Can this only be done with listing agent or do I have access to open the door myself?\n\nThanks

A ton of theirs homes are on combo.

I tried to add a new listing to MLS but got an error: this seems a duplicate listing, another listing with same address or tax ID exists.\nBut I searched MLS, there is no duplicate listing. Another transaction of this property was closed two weeks ago. Did I miss anything or did the previous transaction\'s agent miss to change anything in the previous listings?

You can withdraw it and they want be able to list again till expires. But as someone else said if they are unsatisfied then it may be better to let it go. But ask your broker to contact them maybe a more experience agent or broker could take on the listing and pay you a referral fee. Some money is better than no money. \nGood luck and don’t take it so hard. It happens to the best of agents.
