We give her five stars across all categories Rebecca demonstrated exceptional competency throughout the entire process. She explained every step clearly, ensured that all paperwork was accurate even if it had to be updated as things changed and proved capable of utilizing technology efficiently to streamline the process. Her attention to detail was on point, and we always felt that our interests were well-represented and protected. Though this was a new community for her, Rebecca did her due diligence and quickly became knowledgeable about the area, which made a significant difference in our decision making process. Her communication skills were outstanding she updated us almost immediately when anything changed and kept in regular contact with us to provide updates or discuss potential challenges. We appreciated that she would text me first or call directly when time was of the essence. Rebecca also went above and beyond during our loan process. She noticed the lag in service from my lender and proactively addressed every layer that needed attention. She foresaw necessary inspections and provided us with several options to choose from. Her punctuality was second to none she was always on time and waiting for us at the title company, ready with pen in hand to guide us through the closing process. She even took the time to provide notes on steps I would need to take post-closing regarding refunds from my mortgage company. We would highly recommend Rebecca without hesitation. Her negotiating skills were impressive, especially considering the challenging situation the sellers were facing.
