If I had a question or concern, she always seemed to have the answer. Melissa is extremely resourceful. When listing my home, she had a step by step process. She sent weekly updates on the market around me, helping me decide on when to list and how much to list for. This was a huge help. Melissa also helped with the new home purchase. She met us at multiple model homes, as we wanted a new build. Our journey was a 4 month process, and she was present and available the entire time.
