Kim made the process of buying a home so much easier. I was totally overwhelmed in the beginning, and she took the time to explain each step to me (and calm my nerves). We had a bumpy closing, but she kept in touch with us and the seller’s realtor, to try to keep the process going as smoothly as possible. We are so happy we found her!

We had a great experience working with Kim on the purchase of our new home. From start to finish Kim was consistent in delivering the utmost professional service. We had a few nuances to our situation (relocating from Chicago, new construction waiting on permits, etc.) that may have rattled other agents but not Kim. She was our chief communicator, negotiator, advise and confidante. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy in the Houston area. In the end, we believe we gained a beautiful new home and forever friend (+real estate advisor)!

She didn't "help" me sell my townhome. Kim did all the heavy lifting. She had my house sold for the asking price even before the promotional items were printed and delivered. She held my hand daily - on the phone, email and test - through a very stressful closing at all hours of the day. Actually sat at the closing office all day until every piece of paper was signed and money wired. Excellent communicator, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with during such a life change.
