Ganesa was recommended to me from a friend, as I lived out of state & needed assistance with a property in Texas. After interviewing a few agents & reviewing my options, I chose Ganesa to represent our interests in the sale of a house.
I couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome, and Ganesa proved to be just the person for my needs. She took her time explaining the process, answered my multitude of contract questions, and was helpful in areas that weren't her responsibility. Her guidance getting us to listing was paramount in the end result.

I am so incredibly happy we chose Ganesa Allen to be our realtor. I was very concerned about getting a house in this current market as a renter, especially after my previous realtor (not Genesa) told us that the area we were looking in wasnt plausible and we needed to settle, something that someone who is looking for a few year home never wants to have to do. So after struggling for 3 weeks looking by myself and repeatedly reaching out to multiple realtors and management companies to see if anything was coming available, Ganesa sprang up and MADE SURE to get in contact with me immediately (less than an hour) after a house in the (very small) area I was wanting to be in was listed. To be honest, the management company was a pain and very, very difficult to deal with. But Ganesa-she was very persistent and knew what to do and how to handle everything. She followed up on everything from the application to the signing of the lease, and even when the company was still trying to show the house after approving us, she noticed this and made SURE we got a signed lease before anybody else could have the chance to steal it!! I had planned on doing this on my own and I really am very happy we went with her. Her persistence is unmatched and her personality is even better.

I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, especially those who have had a bad experience with other realtors.

If youre looking at this now and trying to decide who to choose for a realtor, youve gotten to the right page. This one is a winner, I dont think its possible for you to be disappointed. Shes not another realtor who will take down your information and never call back or send you a bunch of useless properties youve already seen/said you dont want.

Ganesa is an absolute dream and a joy to work with. This was my boyfriend and my first experience not only in the Texas market, but leasing a new home as well. Ganesa helped make the process fun, as easy as possible, and an absolute success!
