There are great youtube videos but you need to filter a lot some are purely motivational with little content.

Congratulations, Jim! Some of the best training you can get is on the HAR website, as others have pointed out. You will also learn a lot through the New Member Orientation and free classes that HAR offers, such as "HAR Free tools" and MLS/Fusion training classes.

HAR, NAR, and TAR have great resources for new agents.
Additionally, I highly suggest joining a Brokerage known for their training for new agents and continued education for seasoned agents. Keller Williams Realty and Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene are known for their agent support services.

Also on your dashboard under more under the more tab there is member training http://www.har.com/edu/default.cfm there are tons of classes to take and a lot of the introductory ones are free.
In addition under consumer tools there are some great videos to watch for yourself and to send to your client

Hi there! A good place to start is here on the HAR website. eLearning: HAR Tools. On your menu bar at the top of the page, go to tools. Look in the menu on the left. it is third from the bottom
