Short answer is No. I do have a small fee service to help you place your property on MLS. Call 832-776-9582 or email me at Wale@Networthbuilders.com. Website: www.Networthbuilders.com Only Realtors are allowed to place a Property on HAR.com because of the level of trainings and fiduciary duties involved when placing a property on MLS for sale.

No, Only a licensed Realtor or Broker who is a member of the HAR board can list a home on the HAR.com - MLS system.

Unfortunately, there is no way to list your home on the market without being a member of HAR. Look for a flat fee Brokerage that can assist that will charge you a one time fee and that will give you access to MLS.

Only Realtors can post your on for sale on HAR.com. If you are interested in services, please interview a few agents to determine whom you wish to have working for you and your interest!

Only realtors can list a home on HAR.com.

I strongly discourage "For Sale By Owner" for many reasons, mostly pertaining to legal issues and safety concerns. For these same reasons by wary of discount brokers and flat fee services.. think - you get what you pay for.

I will be more than happy to send you the research I have on "For Sale By Owners" as well as what to look for in a real estate professional and the value provided so that you can make an informed decision. I can also share numerous stories that my clients have shared with me regarding their previous experiences of trying to sell by owner. Additionally, in my experience, many people selling by owner get sign calls from investors, unqualified buyers, or individuals looking for a "deal."

At the end of the day when selling your home the goal is to make the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, with the least hassle to you as the seller.
That being said, It really is in your best interest to be represented in a real estate transaction (whether a buyer or a seller).

In order to list a home specifically on HAR.com you must be a member or have a member post your home for you. That is actually the easy part! It's just a matter of data entry. However, it is still a good idea to do thorough research about marketing your home. To get the highest and best price you should understand how to use social media to market your home. You need to know how to attract the right buyers and qualified buyers. Plus what about the sales contracts? Who is liable for what? Now don't get me wrong, selling your home on your own can be done successfully. Before you do step out on this exciting adventure educate yourself as much as possible if this is your first time. Remember the first time you cut your own bangs or shaved? There were probably some small details you overlooked which could have made a huge difference in the outcome. Well For Sale By Owner is a lot like that. There are so many options and tools available to you as the consumer and this past year has been so great as far as real estate sales go! No, all listing are through members of HAR.com.
However I am a flat fee broker. I will list your property for a small fee, you decide what if anything you'll pay the buyer's agent. Email me if you'd like information
