Unfortunately, there is no way to list your home on the market without being a member of HAR. Look for a flat fee Brokerage that can assist that will charge you a one time fee and that will give you access to MLS.

I strongly discourage "For Sale By Owner" for many reasons, mostly pertaining to legal issues and safety concerns. For these same reasons by wary of discount brokers and flat fee services.. think - you get what you pay for.

In order to list a home specifically on HAR.com you must be a member or have a member post your home for you. That is actually the easy part! It's just a matter of data entry. However, it is still a good idea to do thorough research about marketing your home. To get the highest and best price you should understand how to use social media to market your home. You need to know how to attract the right buyers and qualified buyers. Plus what about the sales contracts? Who is liable for what?
