I always deliver 1500 long sides and 3200 long sides, 4700 x 3133 and have never been asked for anything different. As a graphic designer, I know how to retouch & edit the image. So, If you need any photo related guide please share your thought.

I provide professional real estate photography in the Clear Lake and greater Houston area.

I provide both full resolution and HAR-ready photos to my real estate agent clients. I believe the HAR maximum dimensions are 1024 x 768 pixels, but I use Adobe Bridge and Photoshop to automatically downsize my full resolution images to 1024 x 683 pixels. This maintains the 3:2 ratio that the photos were shot since I prefer to have more horizontal content than vertical content.

The HAR-ready photos allow the agent to quickly upload to HAR knowing their upload requirements are met, and the full resolution photos can be used for the agents' flyers, website, and social media marketing.

Sue,

I suggest contacting a professional real estate photographer.

First Sold Photo, Rockbait, and Mike Willcox are a few good ones.

Hope this helps!
