where can I download SD form?
2,182hello, can anyone point it out to me where I can download the new version of Seller Disclosure form? The 6 page one.

You can download the form from TREC website, but I would also say, reach out to your broker and find out what systems they may have set up for you. Many times you have access to all the forms you need through those systems! God Bless!

A good alternative is Sellers Shield. Free service but the sellers can choose to upgrade for extra protection if they want to

As Carmelita Black mentioned, Seller's Shield is the best! Too often I have seen incomplete SDNs and completing this on-line disclosure ensures the document is completed in its entirety. It also generates additional disclosures that may be required, based on how the questions are answered and allows the seller to upload a copy of their survey. The resulting .pdf is legible, complete and very professional. Highly recommend Seller's Shield!!

You can download from Transaction Desk or Dotloop. make sure 6 Page current Sellers disclosures. Download. And after Complete attached with like same way you upload

I get mine from Ziplogix Plus or you can download from Dot Loop. Wherever you download your other documents from TREC. Have a good day.

A great online resource for the sellers disclosures is Sellers Shield it is a free service to REALTORS (Real Estate Sales Agents and Brokers.) It walks the client through completing the disclosures online and the seller is able to select which sellers disclosure they want to complete. It also give the option to purchase a sellers insurance policy.
