As a fairly new agent, I would say that availability is my UVP. I make sure to let my clients know that I am available 24/7 to answer questions or concerns along the way. If I am not available then my teammate is & vice versa. Also, teaming up with someone that has many years of experience is an advantage to my clients due to the number of established relationships with other agents, lenders & appraisers. Knowing the process & what to expect from start to finish and sharing that knowledge with my client is also a plus because there are no surprises when it comes down to contractual obligations.

One of the unique things about handling multiple transactions over the years is seeing so many different scenarios that can affect a deal. To me that's the most valuable thing about being an agent is the way we have learned to manage people. This business is a relationship business and knowing how to manage individuals can help buyers or sellers ultimately get what the want - the house or sell.

I'm new as well and I question everything because Iam hungry to learn and help . I would say compared to all the seasoned realtors it's not going to be easy to compete, however if you are in this industry for the right reasons I believe you will be successful. All it takes is to ask yourself why would you hire you in the first place. I promise you that you and I are more capable of serving and showing your clients that buying or selling a home is more about honestly and teamwork. Align yourself with the best and find those that are wanting to do the same.

I’m a newer agent, and I have found out that if I be myself and let the client talk, then I can help them find what they are looking for in a home. I try to make that my goal to find the client the home that they are looking for. There is no high pressure sales pitch from me.

I am starting to realize that being a new agent helps me more often than not. For one, everything that I am learning is the most up to date version of the process. In addition, I am absorbing so much, and everything is fresh on my mind. I am learning about so many programs and systems. This helps me because I love dealing with first time home-buyers and low income families. Thats my UVP; helping the families realize their potential to own a home. I love teaching my clients things that they don't know about building wealth. On top of all of that, most of my colleagues are seasoned agents who have allowed me to mentor under them and learn so much about negotiating a deal in this fast paced market. I am very eager and excited about real estate and helping families break generational curses with the financial security that comes with purchasing a home.

My UVP comes from my true love of helping make people's dreams come true! I love my job and insuring my clients get top notch Agent Care is my priority!! I operate honestly, authentically and smart. I have built a strong vendor referral team so that I am able to assist my clients with all of their RE needs. My UVP Lies on my long Real Estate Experience, my deep Market Knowledge, my vast Network and Contacts and my multiple Professional Skills. My experience avoids hurdles and affords a smooth closing. My Market Knowledge helps narrowing options my clients have. My skills ensure negotiation to never leave money on the table, as well as pertinent, constant communication. My contacts are international as well as cross-disciplinary. And you get all this multiplied by TWO = in English and Spanish. I am not only 100% fully bi-lingual I am also 100% bi-cultural.
