Sell Home w/o agent V2.0
260I want to move (Soon) and I already found a buyer. (My neighbor) So I don't need to list the home for sale. I already have a good idea of property values in my neighborhood, but couldn't I just buy an appraisal and go to a title company? Otherwise how should I approach this since I already did most of the work by finding a buyer? I don't mind using an agent but don't think it's fair to pay a full commission and who is going to be willing to take a partial commission if that's even something anyone would do anyways? I do need an agent on the home buying side though
