You have three days to post an option pending on a MLS listing.

3 days. The sooner the better, that would also help the other realtors to know you already accepted an offer and they won’t waste their time showing it.

You start counting the 3 days beginning the day after the executed date on the contract. Every day is counted regardless if it is a holiday or weekend. It MUST be dropped to the seller or the Listing Agent by the 3 day. There is a page with the 1-4 family document for the Listing Agent or the Sellers to sign and date receipt of the option check being delivered. It is NOT to be dropped at the Title Company.

3 calendar days. I'd advise you change the status to option pending as soon as the contract is executed to avoid forgetting.

Per the rules 3 days. Hope this was helpful and best wishes on your listing.
