What are the best options for finding duplex units for sale?
3,459Hello all, I am new to real estate and I am interested in buying a duplex unit. What are the best options in finding available listings of duplex units for sale in Houston? I would also like to know - what is the best way to find a real estate agent experienced in investment properties? I am not in a rush to buy any properties but would like to begin searching for potential properties.

Jeffrey! It's become much more difficult to find a multifamily property at a decent price in our market as of late, but having a good real estate agent on your side who keeps his/her ears to the ground and stays plugged in for you can make a big difference in your hunt! ON HAR you also find on Search instead of single family you can search Duplex or townhome and more. From my experience the HAR website is the best starting point to begin your search. However working with a experienced agent is important if your looking to accomplish your goals. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
