Experience required: Investment properties both cashflow and equity Can estimate repair cost HUD properties Short-sales Foreclosures Putting right offer amounts Flipping and wholesale Knows the good and bad areas in Houston You willing to write many contracts and write contracts within 24 hours, I will be sending you properties also that I find and want to put under contract. You help to search properties on MLS everyday, according the criteria I will give. Willing to act fast to get the deal. Ive worked withwith several small investors bought leased. properties for investors re sold after they did updates. My experience with hard money it seems to close slower. Of course every transaction is different. I am willing to review listings call me Your Working Realtor Rose @832 265 9966. Today's market of low bids is not the case. As we have multiple bids per property.
