how do I filter my search to show me voucher accepting homes?

Hey Tousdai, Great Question. When you pull up a rental tab in MLS, click on the 'Criteria' tab. Then scroll all the way to the bottom of the matrix page and under 'rental terms' you will see an option that says 'Section 8, long term, short term, etc." I assume this is what you are looking for, if not feel free to reach out anytime at 832-696-8100.

On the Member End as Realtors we have a way to sort these as "Affordable Housing" under Additional Fields. Another way to look is by going to https://www.affordablehousing.com/houston-tx/Hope that helps.
