Photos uploaded on MLS are not the same photos showing up on har.com
327I uploaded a few placeholder photos until we got professional photos taken, when I updated the photos for the listing they show the new photos in the MLS but the old photos on har.com. I have deleted all the photos and reuploaded them and the photos still show as the old ones. Any fixes?

If several hours go by and you notice the public side hasn't updated, it's advisable to contact support for assistance. Clayton! Weve definitely become blessed (or maybe spoiled) with instant gratification hahaha! This is one of those situations where we go a bit old school and experience a bit of delayed gratification. Wait for it to update. There is a bit of a lag; you'll be alright. What gets me is when websites that are fed by HAR/Matrix have listings live nevertheless they're not populated yet on HAR/Matrix. Best!

Sometimes HAR needs a little time to update. Email Support@har.com and inform them. They will fix it.

Yes, there is a delay between the Matrix and HAR. I know even when I list a property on HAR, it is a bit of delay showing up on the HAR app.

Hi there! MLS and HAR are not in real time sync. It may take 12 to 48 hours to see changes made in MLS take effect on HAR. I believe you have done your basic troubleshooting, if you dont see anything change, reach out to HAR tech support for help. It could be a glitch.

Good morning Clayton! Yes, there is a delay between the Matrix and HAR. It used to take longer but lately, they have been working on a lot of upgrades/ updates and things have gotten better but there is still a delay. I hope this helps! Hi Clayton, there is a delay in the synch between Matrix to HAR so it takes quite a while sometimes after uploading to Matrix. Just give it some time and eventually, you'll see exactly what you've uploaded synched to HAR for public viewing.
