How do you get a realtor to answer you? We've been trying to view a property with Tong Cai & NOTHING for either of us!!!
198Tong Cai won't answer or return calls. Requested tours by 2 family members and again NOTHING!!! Is there someone out there who is willing to show us her property? I'm sure the property owner would would not be happy. I worked the Houston HAR office a couple of years back & this would be a problem I would give to my supervisor. Sad way to do business

Hi Debra, that sounds frustrating indeed and Im sorry to hear that you are going through that. As a general rule, if an agent is not answering me and I have an urgent matter, I will begin to call text and email every hour until I am responded to. Aside from that, Have you tried contacting the listing agents office to inquire? If so, it may be worth it to forget about the listing agent completely, and reach out directly to any of our 50,000+ agents to represent you and then show you this or any property youre interested in! No doubt youll get this squared away easily!!
