How do I create an automatic email in the MLS for my client?

Hey Michelle, Great Question! Go to Matrix, click on "search," then add the criteria your client wants: Area, price, bedrooms, etc. Next, click on "results" and you will get a list of properties. At the bottom of the page find the tab that says Save. Additionally you can set boundaries for your search to keep the listings in a specific area. Then Create your contact. Michelle! Great question! It sounds like some of the Matrix classes may be a GREAT start for you! You can find them in the link below! But for the moment, in order to set up an automatic email campaign portal for your client with listings that match their search criteria, here's what you'l do: 1. From your member's only dashboard, click the pink button to the right side of the page to Access Matrix MLS. 2. When matrix opens, hover your cursor over the "search" tab at the top to populate the dropdown menu. 3. Move your cursor to select the option that best fits the option your client is searching for (single family homes for sale, rentals, townhouses, etc.) and then click on that option. 4. Use the options on the next page to narrow down to only the properties that your client is in search of. 5. Once narrowed down, you can either select the map tab or the results tab beside the criteria tab. 6. In the botton left, you will see a save button, which you will click. 7. When the options populate from there, you will select New Auto Email. 8. Next, you will enter a new contact (You'll need their name and email address). I'd also suggest you bcc a copy of these to yourself, but maybe I'm just a control freak. 9. When you have added that info, you will make a subject line, which is just the name of this specific search. 10. The remaining things before the last step are optional: Change the intro message if you'd like, select options (like concierge mode, or reverse prospecting) or don't lol, then select when you'd like options sent (I'd suggest ASAP). 11. Did you get help with this? Go to Matrix, search, add the criteria. Area, price, bedrooms etc. Click results you will get a list of properties. At the bottom of the page find the tab that says Save . Then New Saved Search. Create your contact. Then what days you want emails to go out and your done. HAR has Matrix training coming up next week. Highly recommend this . If you pull up the training they have a PDF guide you can download as well. This will have step by step. Go to training, and training calender. You will see the Matrix training on Oct 14.
