HAR client experience rating would be the best avenue I would say, if your Realtor takes part in that - other than that I would say yelp would be the next best option.
One of the questions you should ask during the interview process in choosing an agent should be is do you use the Houston Association of Realtors® Client Experience Rating System. Once the transaction has been completed, the agent must send you an email that ask you to rate them based on 4 criteria. Competency, Market Knowledge, Communication, and Your overall Experience with that Agent. If the agent doesn't send you the email they risk being eliminated from the program. This is probably one of the most fair systems, because there are actually some checks and balances in place to minimize false ratings. However, no system is flawless. There are other websites that also allow you to rate your agent. Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Movoto.com, and other allow you to rate an agent if you have worked with them in the past. If an agent doesn't use a rating system to get your feedback on their performance, one might question their ultimate goal in the transaction.
My clients all get a survey after closing from Houston Asso Of Realtors and the results are posted to my "Client Experience Rating" on my har website. I also have a nice LinkedIn page and I will often ask a past client to post a recommendation there too. I get many new clients each year from these reviews.

Hi Laura, log into the members only portal and select "Tools". Underneath "Marketing Tools" select "Manage Your Client Experience Rating". On the second tab select "Opt-in & Preference Setting" to participate in the Client Experience Rating.

HAR Client experience, yelp, google+, Zillow, Facebook, etc. then post them all to one place like your website. You can also post reviews from other mediums on realtor.com.
The problem becomes who owns the reviews when companies merge like trulia and zillow. (Agents lost all their Trulia reviews)
