1,693i am going to houston on Nov 29 to dec 2 to look for a house to rent and official move is the first week of January.
Addtional Details:
- I am looking a house to rent no more than 30 min from downtown. I have 3 kids so a good school district is a plus. Can be north, west a soon is not far from downtown. 4 bedrooms and no more than 1,200 at month. Thanks for the help!!! - Nov 19, 2012

Houston spans over 600 square miles! It would be helpful to know what area of Houston you are considering. Most Realtors specialize in specific communities, and you will have a better experience if you work with someone who specializes in the area of Houston you are planning on living in.
On HAR.com there is a map utility you can use to see where the various communities and areas of town are. Our MLS map is also helpful. Then, you can use "Find a Realtor" and search our membership; you can search using the criteria of client ratings, specialized designations, and languages spoken.
