I grew up in Magnolia, TX, and attended Texas A&M University, College Station, graduating in 2003. At Texas A&M I attained my real estate license and practiced real estate in College Station while attending school. I live in Magnolia, TX with my wife, Melissa, and our two boys. Outside of real estate I help coach our boys baseball and football teams.After graduation I accepted a new home sales position at Pulte Homes. While at Pulte I pursued attaining my Texas real estate broker's license. In 2006, after completing the Texas real estate broker's exams, my family and I started Carswell Real Estate Co. After retiring in 2014, from a 33 year career teaching and coaching in Magnolia ISD , I joined the wonderful world of real estate. Being a life long resident of the Magnolia area, I have valuable knowledge of the local schools, subdivisions, public facilities, and all that makes up the various communities in Montgomery and surrounding counties. I bring all of this knowledge to my clients as I help them find their dream home, or assist them in selling their home. In 2018, we moved to Normangee, TX approx. 75 N of Magnolia. I married my high school sweetheart 42 years ago and we have two daughters and 2 grandsons and one granddaughter.
