I have been a realtor for just a little while but I have dabbled real estate for many years. Over 30 years ago, I learned about the market and bought my first house from an auction, then bought another for investment and years later sold both for a profit. I have helped friends and family find property by finding it for them in the areas they wanted. Part of the reason is my strong knack for real estate but also my love for people and cultures and for coming up with different ideas.

I grew up on 2 important principles: Honesty and integrity. Doing what's right for people and being honest about it are more important to me than a commission check earned through depict. We can accomplish a lot when we share trust and understand that we are working as a team.

But I think my strong point is my love for people and cultures and trying to learn from them and teach them what I know. Maybe what helps the most is the 26 years I spent as a radio disc jockey producing and hosting my own 'Blues' music show on local Houston FM radio. Robin has worked in the Real Estate industry in various roles for decades. Beginning her career as a real estate investor purchasing and renovating existing homes and subsequently becoming a licensed Realtor in 1990. An urban builder, developer and consultant in 1993 to present. Her primary focus is commercial sales and marketing. Over the years she has gained a great deal of experience in commercial sales, leasing and marketing, housing development - new construction, substantial renovation, multi-family including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) deals, land development and special facility renovation, etc.

Her development emphasis has been in urban redevelopment and transforming real estate in difficult to serve neighborhoods with a community sensitivity.

She has a special calling for estate sales and working with nonprofit real estate owners - especially Churches.
