Hello. Sincere greetings from the beautiful area of southeastern Texas, the 'Third Coast' where the terrain and landscapes change from urban to suburban in the short span of five to ten blocks. The land here offers wonderful beachfront properties as well inland landscapes on the mainland with historically grand oak trees and sweet, signature Texas pecan trees lining a neighborhood or as the anchor for a swing or hammock right in your backyard. This is what I've always loved about Texas land and space, the diverse opportunities are vast! I am excited about the growth opportunities within the Mainland and the Kemah/Bay Area near Clear Lake Shores and Texas City where I grew up and where I'm most familiar. There are golden opportunities for real property ownership all across the land for the home owner and the new business owner looking to have their own legacy to build. I am a mother of a teenage daughter with whom I am enjoying spending time as she blossoms into a young lady.
