I have been a lifelong resident of Pearland and southeast Houston. I attended Pearland schools from junior high through graduation and have worked in the Houston metropolitan and Pearland areas.



Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in Human Resources, Office Administration and Project Management for 18 years. In these roles, I assisted numerous customers and employers with policies, benefits and day to day operations. It was during this time that I realized how important it is to be of service and helpful to others.

Sarah resides in the Mont Belvieu area, where she was born and raised and attended Barbers Hill. She also lived in Clear Lake and attended Univ. of Houston.  After earning her Master's degree in Academic Advising in higher Ed. She began her first career working at a local college advising students in their college course work and career goals. She has always had a passion for helping people, no matter what capacity. Oscar Martinez was born and raised in Houston Texas. After High School Oscar enlisted in the United States Navy and spent 5 years serving his country in Europe and the Middle East. Oscar returned to Houston with his wife after his term of service to raise children and be close to his family. In his spare time Oscar enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching local sports teams and is a practitioner of jiu-jitsu and Muy Thai. While in the Navy Oscar completed his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland. Though no longer actively serving in the military, Oscar continues his passion for service in assisting clients with all their real estate goals, whether it be in English or Spanish.
