Katie Davidson was raised in The Woodlands. She lived in Atlanta for a time where she worked in new home sales and luxury fashion. Katie hails from a close-knit family and moved back to Texas to reclaim her roots. She feels lucky to be married to her best friend. The couple has three children and just recently welcomed their first grandson. When she's not working, Katie Davidson volunteers with local humane shelters. She loves dogs and isn't afraid to admit that she spoils her pup, Bruno, rotten! She loves being outdoors except when it's cold. To stay fit, she enjoys Cycling and anything in the water!
Krystal Williams became a Realtor in 2024. Born in Houston, raised in New Caney, Texas, she is honored and excited to serve her community in this new role. From her 25 years in retail, currently as lead receiver at HEB Market Street in the heart of the Woodlands, she brings the ability to maintain efficiency in the face of chaos, a solid background of fiduciary responsibility, and a commitment to keeping the focus on her client's needs. She and her fantastic husband Tim started looking for land in 2002. Although they found their paradise in Grangerland in 2011, they still enjoy looking.
