Joy has lived in Houston for the past 40 years with international travels to live in 6 other countries(Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, England, Peru, and Columbia). I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas. My parents immigrated from Aguascalientes, Mexico and worked in construction. After I graduated from the University of Houston, I enjoyed six years as an English teacher for a charter school. As a former teacher, I bring many valuable skills including: time management, effective communication, patience, hard work, analytical skills, technology experience, professionalism, psychology, critical thinking, organization, and more.

I transitioned into real estate because I want to continue helping people succeed. I strive to provide new or experienced clients a peace of mind with their real estate transactions. Jaclyn was born and raised in Houston, TX and has extensive knowledge regarding the Northwest Houston and Katy areas. When Jaclyn joined the Michele Harmon Team, she brought in over 16 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach and school administrator from acclaimed Cypress-Fairbanks elementary and middle schools. Jaclyn graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and shortly after, became certified to teach various ages of students in math, science and special education. Jaclyn later went back to school to get her master's degree in Educational Administration and became a school administrator in Cypress-Fairbanks ISD.
