I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas. My parents immigrated from Aguascalientes, Mexico and worked in construction. After I graduated from the University of Houston, I enjoyed six years as an English teacher for a charter school. As a former teacher, I bring many valuable skills including: time management, effective communication, patience, hard work, analytical skills, technology experience, professionalism, psychology, critical thinking, organization, and more.
I transitioned into real estate because I want to continue helping people succeed. I strive to provide new or experienced clients a peace of mind with their real estate transactions. As a lifelong Houstonian, David understands the benefits each different community offers within the Greater Houston Area. David graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management, and subsequently returned to Houston where he excelled as a project manager and sales consultant for 6+ years.
In 2017, David had an opportunity to transform one of his personal hobbies of photography into an occupation as he began shooting photos and videos of homes for Premier Realty Services. During this time, he developed a keen eye for the unique features of homes and how to effectively market each property. At the same time, this also allowed him to grow familiar with different neighborhoods and suburbs all over Houston.
In 2021, David decided the next natural step in his career would be to become a full on real estate agent. By utilizing his recently acquired skills for showcasing homes, along with his previous experience in customer service, David provides a unique edge through the home buying process. Also, as an added bonus, his impeccable photography skills make him an immeasurable asset to his sellers!
