A Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI), Adam Schwab is eager to help with your real estate needs. He is a lifelong resident of South Texas, growing up in New Braunfels before moving to San Antonio with his wife and two sons. He attended both Texas State University and Texas A&M University while completing his Master's degree in Educational Leadership. After retiring from a career as a middle school teacher and elementary school principal, Adam has transitioned to a thriving career in real estate. With a focus on helping others, his clients have consistently reported that Adam goes above and beyond to help find the ideal property. He has worked with first-time homebuyers, investors, traditional residential properties, and luxury homes, giving him depth and breadth of experience and knowledge. Julie specializes in commercial real estate. She works closely with business owners and professionals to find and negotiate lease space and purchase properties in the New Braunfels, Seguin, San Antonio and surrounding communities. Previously, Julie developed unique relationships with community leaders while managing large-scale events as a former certified meeting and event planner. Julie now loves to cater to each client's individual real estate needs. Over the last 20+ years Julie has invested in the New Braunfels community by raising her family here. She currently plays an active role in her grandchildren's busy lives while networking in a variety of community organizations. Tucker is a native Texan having lived in the area all his life and is active in the community attending John Newcomb Tennis Academy, Schreiner University and Texas Lutheran University. Tucker is an avid Texas outdoorsman hunting and fishing across Texas. Enjoying the Texas highways and where the pavement ends is also one of Tucker's passions.
