I'll preview homes for you, tour homes and neighborhoods with you, keep you informed as new homes come on the market, and work with you until we find the home of your dreams. I'll give you information on how to fund your home purchase and the loan process, write an offer on the home, and negotiate the best possible price and terms on your behalf. Finally, I'll be there with you during the closing when the home becomes YOURS!

Michelle Haag is the Broker & Owner for Reliance Residential Realty. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and received her Broker License in 2012. Michelle is a 2014 graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, a 2011 graduate of the Leadership of New Braunfels program and was the 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2017 Member of the Year for the Women's Council of REALTORS® Hill Country Chapter. In 2019 she was recognized as a Rising Star for New Braunfels and is also a certified mentor for the Buffini & Company, Pathways to Mastery program. Michelle is a 2004 graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. She acquired her Texas Real Estate license in 2005 through the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and her Broker license through Champions School of Real Estate in 2012.

For the last 18 years, Gary Holub has been helping people buy and sell real estate all across the United States. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary, a 1992 graduate of Moulton High School, started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996. Since then, he has been project manager and lead broker for several multi-million dollar sales in Kentucky, Virginia, California, and Texas; including the historic sale of the 16,000 acre McLean Ranch, near Amarillo, Texas in 2013.
