After all that, his father still found time to take his three sons to Cubs games. Growing up, hard work, determination, and family were the values that were engrained within EZ. In 2003 at the young age of 20, he made the career decision to dive head first into real estate. In the past 17+ years, he's used the drive and dedication that was instilled in him, to help over a thousand families live their dreams of purchasing a home. A Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI), Adam Schwab is eager to help with your real estate needs. He is a lifelong resident of South Texas, growing up in New Braunfels before moving to San Antonio with his wife and two sons. He attended both Texas State University and Texas A&M University while completing his Master's degree in Educational Leadership. After retiring from a career as a middle school teacher and elementary school principal, Adam has transitioned to a thriving career in real estate. With a focus on helping others, his clients have consistently reported that Adam goes above and beyond to help find the ideal property. He has worked with first-time homebuyers, investors, traditional residential properties, and luxury homes, giving him depth and breadth of experience and knowledge. For the last 18 years, Gary Holub has been helping people buy and sell real estate all across the United States. He is a licensed real estate broker in 5 states, and has been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1997. Gary, a 1992 graduate of Moulton High School, started his real estate and land planning career after his graduation from Texas A&M University (B.S. Agribusiness) in the summer of 1996. Since then, he has been project manager and lead broker for several multi-million dollar sales in Kentucky, Virginia, California, and Texas; including the historic sale of the 16,000 acre McLean Ranch, near Amarillo, Texas in 2013.
