Here are a few facts so that you can get to know me better… I am a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio. After high school, I attended Texas A&M in the footsteps of my big brother. I spent 15 years in the telecommunication business, and that career is what allowed me to relocate to Dallas. Once in Dallas, I met DeAnna. My first mate and also my last mate! She and I started working together in real estate and have worked together ever since. We both have Harley Davidson’s and love to ride out in the countryside when we are not working our real estate business. My wife DeAnna is who drug me into this hobby… but I will let her tell you that story if she ever gets the chance! All in all, I love people and the community that I live in. The first thing I did when I relocated to the Lake Conroe area was to join the “Lake Conroe Rotary Club.” I transferred my membership from the Park Cities Rotary Club in Dallas where I had been a member for 12 years.

Ashley Martin is a Montgomery County native. Born into a family of Entrepreneurs in the Construction/remodeling industry, Ashley's parents educated her on the importance of Integrity, dedication, collaboration and accountability. After 20 years experience of building relationships in the customer service industry, Ashley started her own business "For Goodness Cakes" which allowed her to express her creative side while raising a family. Her persistence and attention to detail allowed her to build a successful business featured in bridal magazines such as "Houston Wedding Day." Ashley took her Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for serving the community to the world of Real Estate becoming a Realtor. Applying her experience in customer service and as a successful business owner she is notorious for her positive attitude, 24/7 availability, specialized marketing, personal touches and commitment to building lasting relationships. Ashley is not only passionate about representing her clients to the best of her ability but also educating them every step throughout the process so they can make the BEST decision possible.   Ashley is devoted to God,  a wife and mother to 6 beautiful children ages 19-2. She is active in her church and community and enjoys mud runs, crafting, relaxing on the lake and community sports. Her husband Drew Martin, is dedicated to volunteering in the community coaching sports such as Baseball and Football. The Martin's enjoy giving back to their community and are focused on the community with family in the center.
