I grew up in Slovenia, daughter of a producing vintner. I moved to San Francisco as a young adult, where I apprenticed and worked in kitchen design. A Houston resident for 26 years, I've been working in real estate for 15 years as an independent business owner with a specialty in interior design and home staging. I purchased, remodeled and sold numerous Houston homes, tending personally to all details from structural repairs to aesthetic finish. I became a licensed realtor 3 years ago and enjoy applying my skills to help other buyers and sellers achieve optimal investment outcomes. I am open to all areas of Houston and am most familiar with the SW Area.

I deeply value community. Public activities give me the opportunity to meet neighbors in the area, stay up-to-date on local events and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers. A native Houstonian, Kelly Perkins has called Lake Conroe her home since 2017. Kelly has been a team member of the Lake Conroe Realty Group since 2018 and has hit the ground running with her real estate career. Her specialty is working with buyers to find their perfect new home near Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas. Kelly loves all aspects of the home-buying process, from finding inventory, to market analysis, to successful negotiations, and beyond. Kelly graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and a minor in International Business. She has four children: Elliott, Elsa, Stella, and August, and resides in Walden on Lake Conroe. When she's not out showing houses, Kelly enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and friends. She attends Lone Star Cowboy Church and loves everything that Montgomery, Texas has to offer.
