I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1984. In the past I have represented buyers, sellers or acted as an intermediary. Most of my more recent years sales have NOT been listed properties on MLS and were not homes. There is no transaction history on HAR. I represent buyers or sellers. With seller the property needs to be aggressively advertised for the most exposure. Rightly so. My emphasis on privately representing a buyer is to find the property that meets their needs. I have seen in many cases where private business transactions were successfully closed to the benefit of both parties and keeping them private was definitely in the best interest of both parties. I work to maintain confidential relationships to find the property that meets your needs whether its on the market or not. In many cases I have found that by contacting property owners or building relationships in the area, sellers appreciate the Realtor bringing to their attention any interest someone has in their property even though its not advertised for sale. Hello from Montgomery County, Texas! I want to share a little information about myself and the services I offer. I've helped people buy, sell, lease and invest in real estate for about 20 years now. In 2018 I earned my Texas Broker license, establishing my commitment to the industry.





Working with buyers and sellers of acreage residential and land is my forte. More recently I've helped with commercial leases and purchases, and with farm and ranch. I use a successful combination of social media and classic marketing avenues to get the word out and the job done. I have knowledge, resources, colleagues, and good relationships to help resolve issues.





Continuing education is important to me; I feel the more I learn and absorb, the better I can provide a valuable service to my clients. I've earned several designations, including the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. I also hold a BA degree in Journalism and English from Stephen F. Austin State University.





I work hard to retain repetitive business from clients, and to help buyers and sellers by providing accurate market information, keeping them informed. Born in Singapore, Crystal Wells became a Texan when she was two years old. She was raised in Montgomery County and proudly calls it home. Influenced by her mother's love for real estate, Crystal chose to become a realtor.

Crystal knows first-hand how to address challenges. At age 32 she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. She states "never did I think I would get through it. Shaving my head was my first realization of what journey I was about to start. Chemo was one of the hardest things I have ever had to overcome in my life. It shut my body down and took me away from being a mother to my two girls. It completely changed my life and how I go about everything today.

I completed Chemo on November 1, 2016 and had a double mastectomy on December 1, 2016. By then my cancer was gone! I was in remission but my journey continued with radiation until May. In July 2017 I finished the last maintenance chemo and am presently cancer free. If I can beat this nasty disease, I can do anything I put my mind to! I am stronger now than I have ever been and will push myself to achieve any goal I am given.

Crystal is a very devoted wife and mother who is involved in her children's schools and serves as a TAV Volleyball Club mom. When time allows, she enjoys sporting events and vacationing with her family.
