I worked in the construction business for over 14 years, primarily in cabinetmaking but also remodeling and maintenance before joining Gaye in 2014. I bring my construction experience to the team by helping sellers know what to repair/replace prior to selling, helping buyers to know what repairs are important and which aren't. Also, I am the team photographer. ​ One of my major joys of the real estate profession is the opportunity to help people realize their dreams either by helping them buy or sell their home. We seek to make the whole process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. If that means doing minor repairs, pet sitting or supplying moving boxes, then we do that.

Holly began her professional career in her native state of Georgia. She began her career in management, where her ambitious work ethic, along with her ability to learn quickly and connect with people allowed her to advance in the fast paced environment. She found her way to Texas where she met her husband and has formed a well-rounded career in the greater Houston area, specifically Lake Conroe. Over the years Holly has added to her management background by excelling at job positions in the mortgage industry. Mastering the complex nature of the mortgage and housing markets, she used this knowledge to not only work in the mortgage industry but also to become a successful real estate appraiser. In 2010 Holly left the industry to become a stay-at-home mom to her two sons. However, she continued to keep a pulse on her local community, always serving and helping where needed. Needless to say, she has formed a loyal community network. Once her children began school, Holly resumed her career as a full-time Realtor. She consistently works for the best interest of her clients, and her resourceful networking and reliable persona has grown her client base significantly. I have been licensed in the state of Texas to sell real estate for the last 42 years. I am a third generation Texan and for the last 38 years I have been a REALTOR in Montgomery County. I have a vast knowledge of the Lake as well as the Conroe/Montgomery/Willis area and enjoy helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. When I am not helping people buying and selling real estate I enjoy tournament water skiing, golf, sports, spending time with my family and working on my ranch.
