To introduce you to who I am as a person; I enjoy hiking in wilderness areas, rides on my bicycle and being involved in my local church community as a Sunday School teacher or as a leader in the church's youth programs. My wife and I have been married for 46 years, and have 4 children as well as 4 grandchildren. I have always been involved in construction both in the states and on short term trips to other countries. I love meeting and working with others to help them meet their goals and I enjoy being involved in the housing and construction industry.

Rachel is a real estate agent for The Evan Ballew Group. A UTSA graduate and former collegiate athlete, Rachel takes on any challenge life throws her way with grace. After college, Rachel made a name for herself in the insurance industry, working with State Farm and Goosehead Insurance for over 9 years. With this added bonus of experience under her belt, Rachel brings a unique skillset to the real estate field. Rachel specializes in real estate all over Houston, however, she was born and raised in the northern Greater Houston area and still resides there today.

Tanya began a highly successful coaching business on health and wellness. From there she expanded the company by adding in massage and skyrocketing the business's success. Chris is married (Melissa) with three children (James, Nicole, Jordan) and six grandchildren (Dominick, Lily, Marie, Max, Leo and Mariana). Melissa works for Montgomery County. James, his wife and three children live in Houston. Nicole, her husband (Matt) and their sons, live in New Orleans. Jordan, his wife (Mary) and their daughter live near lake Conroe as well.

Born in Singapore, Crystal Wells became a Texan when she was two years old. She was raised in Montgomery County and proudly calls it home. Influenced by her mother's love for real estate, Crystal chose to become a realtor.

Crystal knows first-hand how to address challenges. At age 32 she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. She states "never did I think I would get through it. Shaving my head was my first realization of what journey I was about to start. Chemo was one of the hardest things I have ever had to overcome in my life. It shut my body down and took me away from being a mother to my two girls. It completely changed my life and how I go about everything today.

I completed Chemo on November 1, 2016 and had a double mastectomy on December 1, 2016. By then my cancer was gone! I was in remission but my journey continued with radiation until May. In July 2017 I finished the last maintenance chemo and am presently cancer free. If I can beat this nasty disease, I can do anything I put my mind to! I am stronger now than I have ever been and will push myself to achieve any goal I am given.

Crystal is a very devoted wife and mother who is involved in her children's schools and serves as a TAV Volleyball Club mom. When time allows, she enjoys sporting events and vacationing with her family.

I am a born and raised Texan, oilfield wife, and a boy mom! Along with real estate, I own and run a very successful vacation rental on Lake Conroe. If I am not working or with my family, then you can find me in the pasture with my Texas Longhorns. My love of helping people and great communication skills led me to real estate, where clients become friends, and the houses become homes.
